He previously completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at the same university with very high results. He is currently undergoing the initial training program for obtaining the title of attorney.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simultaneously with his law studies, Mr. Zguro began working as a mentor in a pre-university education project. His primary responsibilities included directing, managing, mentoring, and supervising high school students in the Municipality of Kor\u00e7a as they advocated for improved education quality. Following this experience, he became a facilitator in the activities of the Center \u201cFor Qualitative Education\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout his studies and professional career, Mr. Zguro has been actively involved in various civil society organizations, including the European Law Students Association Albania (ELSA Albania), GUXO, and Q\u00ebndresa Qytetare. In 2021, he was elected Vice President of ELSA Albania for Academic Activities, and in 2022, he became the President of the Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the \u201cHalimi Foundation Institute\u201d and holds the position of Director of Human Rights at ELSA International from 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since January 2021, Mr. Zguro has worked as a lawyer at \u201cHalimi Law and Tax\u201d, representing some of the largest telecommunications and security companies.
